       ShanghaiJieshengyuan Co., Ltd. was established by Shanghai Aqua - Tech Co.,  Ltd.,  ShanghaiAtlas Capital Ltd.,  and the UnitedStates Aqua -Tech Inc., Three parties set up a Sino-USA  joint venture high-tech enterprise in June2013. The company expanded its total capital assets to 20 million yuan RMB inSeptember 2016,  when investmentcompanies Shanghai Atlas Capital  Ltd.and Shanghai Zhangjiang Torch Venture Capital Co.,  Ltd., and a natural person Xiufang Zhang  joined in.
